Sundridge Park Rd


Situated in an area prone to flash floods, the house is raised 2.5m above road level. Circulation within the house was concentrated on the left, feeding off to living spaces as one treads down its length. This is reflected in the front façade, which appears to be composed of an interlocking huge and tiny letter ‘C’, framing the main living space and the corridor respectively. The clear circulation means an immediate view of the patio and backyard upon entering.
